What a terrible experience this past weekend. Our group had three rooms and not a single one had a clean toilet in the bathroom. When we asked the staff to clean, they sent a couple people up who sprayed the toilet bowl with cleaner and walked away. No brush and no effort put forward. Black mold so we know the toilets have not been touched in an extended period of time. Had to call front desk multiple times to address and was asked to be put on hold with our concern. Pictures attached with before and after when finally complete. Ate in the restaurant and meals for some individuals did not come out in a timely manner while appetizers came out with entrees for others. Ask to "move along" by who we understood as the kitchen manager even though some of our party had not gotten their meals yet and others were ordering another round of drinks. Hotel gets an F for cleanliness and hospitality. For $500/night a room on a PSU football weekend, the service and cleanliness is absolutely terrible. We will not be back. This hotel is more of a motel and I recommend you avoid it. If if were not for the lack of rooms available in State College during football weekends, this establishment would have closed up long ago.

This was a nice place. Much construction going on was a bit of a hindrance. I had a two night stay and while I do not expect my bed made, I would have appreciated new coffee and new towels. That's just minor though. The free breakfast was good.

There was a bang at the door very late at night but the staff were very kind, fast, and checked the room twice. The food was mid but the pool was good. The rooms were ok for the price but the hallways were filthy! There were food rappers everywhere and it seemed like they haven’t been vacuumed in months.

This was a great place for us. Stayed three nights. The continental breakfast fit the bill, the outdoor pool was nice, and the room was adequate for the price. The best part however was the service! Everyone was kind and helpful. Shout out to Malia who offered me a ride back downtown to retrieve my phone I left at the restaurant and a return trip back to the hotel. It’s NEVER the amenities that make or break any of our stays. ITS THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE! We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Pool and hot tub were closed all week which was very disappointing 😞 The breakfast buffet was ok, not the best. The room was nice but the pillows were not. Woke up with a headache every morning. The hallway looks sketchy and the hallways are old and run down so I was really worried about the condition of the room but it was ok. The shower in the bathroom was gross though and it didn't drain leaving soap scum and build up. Housekeeping only came one day and they didn't clean the bathtub at all which was quite disgusting!
