I usually don’t do reviews, but I had to leave a review to let everyone know how impressed I was with my hotel stay. I had my dog with me and this hotel was very dog- friendly, including snacks you could buy in the lobby for your pet. The room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was top-notch! When we got there at noon, the front desk person was very sweet and friendly. Same with the person that evening and the person the next morning. We ate breakfast at the hotel in the morning, and the waitress was so friendly and sweet and the chef made amazing food. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere before where every single person that worked there was so extremely nice and friendly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Kudos to all of the staff for doing such an amazing job!!

This is 5-6 minutes from the hospital, so the location was key. I’ve stayed here before, and I recall the same nice room with a crazy awesome water pressure in the shower. Plenty of parking out back. Property looks good for presumably heavy use during PSU football season.

ATTENTION to all Hilton honors members and business professionals. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! They do not honor gold or diamond members rewards here. Go to the Hampton inn or the Wyndham (if you have their rewards). I checked in and they had a suite available for upgrade. But refused to honor the upgrade saying they don't have to as a Garden Inn. I called the service line because it clearly says on the diamond membership that if they have up to a single room suite available, it's yours. The service line agreed that it was wrong and called the hotel. The hotel said they don't have to follow Hilton rewards policies because they are a Garden Inn and exempt. That "it's not guaranteed ". Had I known this i would have gone to the Hampton down the road where my loyalty means something!!! How can you be a Hilton hotel and not have to follow Hilton policy????? Again if I had known that they don't honor rewards memberships I would have gone to a different hotel. This is the LAST TIME. I will ever book a reservation with any Hilton garden inn. Learn from my mistakes. Do not stay here. I have an open claim with Hilton over it and I will update when I hear something back.

Everything about our stay was great¿ Comfortable beds, modern rooms with microwave & mini fridge, a pool and a hot tub. The hotel was clean and airy throughout with a great ambience. The on site restaurant was nice too, and the food was yummy! The 2 cocktails we had were so good! Try "The Hugo", it was delicious! We really had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, and all the employees I encountered during our stay were pleasant and helpful! Parking is abundant and free which I love. It always annoys me when hotels charge for parking, so not being charged for parking is really nice!
