Stayed here for 2 nights on our first trip to Queenstown. Giving this place 5 stars isn’t enough. Room was fantastic. It’s worth every penny to stay here, whether it’s for a night or few days. Very friendly and professional staff. Definitely will be coming back!

Apart from being at the top of a steep hill, this place was awesome and had great views! The sun blasts through the windows and with no AC it got very hot. I recommend keeping the curtains closed during the day when you're out. Keeping the door propped open worked for us to cool it down

We loved our one night stay in the king chalet room. The view was STUNNING. Definitely request a room with a view. The staff was quick and welcoming. We did not have an issue finding where to park our car. The rooms were very quiet. The hotel is very well located- 15 minute walk to the gondola and a 5-7 minute walk to town. The hotel is on a slight hill, but absolutely nothing crazy and it’s very short. Great breakfast too! They easily accommodated gluten & dairy free. Rooms are slightly outdated, but who is staying in their room all day?! Mattress was quite comfortable and that’s what counts!

The room here was nice enough, however was on the 3rd floor with no lift access. This was not advertised and was difficult with luggage. The parking situation is abysmal, with not nearly enough spaces. A staff member advised us to park at the church across the road - we did but not sure if this is actually allowed? Check in was easy enough although they seemed to struggle to find the reservation and check out took a few goes to find the right room as well which was concerning. We had a second night booked a few days later but cancelled it due to being too hard, especially just before heading to the airport. The location was nice and close to town and it did have a great view.
