We arrived at 8.30 in the morning, and the receptionist was very kind enough to offer us breakfast! We wanted to check in earlier however, they did not have a room available for us. She did mention that she will try her best to get us in as early as possible and let us get ready in the public bathroom to go to see the beautiful falls, our visit was very pleasant, and overall the service was great, and thank you for being kind to us! Great location as well with a falls right behind by 5 mins walk! There are several restaurants nearby with plenty of Indian and continental cuisine!

This is an old hotel and needs a good renovation. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were nice but a bit too hard. Shower was hot but lacked water pressure. Hotel located at walking place for everything but they do charge $10 a night to park your vehicle there which wasn’t mentioned at all when booking my room. However, you will need to pay parking wherever you go for parking so being in walking proximity was great. Hotel hospitality was very small. Guy in the front desk didn’t want to be there and was obvious to everyone checking in at the same time we did. Hotel was ok but there are better options around (not many). Good enough for a couple of nights

We had a pleasant experience at Comfort Inn The Pointe. Check-in was smooth, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the free breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The nightly fireworks added to the experience, and the view was amazing. The king bedroom we booked had all the amenities, and the WiFi was strong! The bathroom space was a bit small, but the rest of the areas were good.

This gets a five star for me for the comfort and location. It is across the street from the park to get to the Falls which is great. I found the rooms to be large, very comfortable and clean. I had no complaints. The breakfast is a bit of a miss really but that was not our aim there, there are obviously cafes around if you want something more reasonable. The price was also quite reasonable for such a touristy place that is so close to the main attraction. Very happy with our two night stay there.

This is the closest hotels to Niagara Falls USA. You can walk across the street to the entrance of the Niagara Falls State Park. It’s the perfect location. Employees were all nice. The room was clean. They were generous with the towels. We had 4 large bath towels in our room. Breakfast was good too. Muffins, sausage, eggs, plus all the usual stuff. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit this area.
