View was brilliant! The moment you walked inside you were treated with a cold iced tea. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was in the centre of the city so everything you wanted was there. However the room was not up to expectations. check in was delayed 1 hour and while the room was large and comfortable unfortunately the beds were very unclean. Additionally one of the towels had a orange stain and one of the beds curved inward. However room service was extremely quick and affordable. The rooms are very family friendly however the fact that multiple rashes occurred at this price was quite disappointing. However we arrived at Christmas day and have been before and the quality was exceptional. Still worth going if you plan on going to the gold coast. My other times have also proved this is a one time exception. still an extremely high end hotel.

Great location and tidy rooms. Ocean Panorama rooms were great and priced well on our stay. Staff all helpful and nothing a problem. We spent time at the beach mostly as the pool areas were the only letdown as even the quiet pool was full of badly behaved kids. Other an excellent stay.

Loved our stay here! The pool is stunning and its so nice there is also an indoor pool too. The tiles are a little slippery though so had to take care while walking. The room was lovely, such nice views and a beautiful bathroom. Very happy that the rooms are soundproof too, the business below was not heard at all once that balcony door was closed. We cannot wait to come back!

What happened to the Hilton? I have only ever stayed at the Hilton in Surfers Paradise but this will be the last time. The pools are ridiculously dirty, you can see dead skin floating as well as not having enough pool beds. Our room had a lingering smell to the point of needing to keep our doors open. We informed staff but nothing was done about this. Our room was supposedly cleaned daily but from day 1 there was hair all over the bathroom floor and hair balls all over the carpet. Our mini fridge was leaking water to which they attempted to fix twice. It's still not fixed and to our surprise as they were repairing our fridge we saw beverages to be half consumed and they tried charging us for it even though we informed them of it. The staff appeared to not care of our discomfort. Don't waste your money here!

We just spent the weekend here for our anniversary and we were more than impressed. The room was great but the service is what made the stay amazing, so efficient and friendly and were always happy to fulfil any request. The staff in the executive lounge were so attentive and always offering their cocktail of the day 😊 and the canapes were beautiful. The buffet breakfast, although very busy, the food was always being replenished and nothing seemed to ever run out. The options were extensive and the food was delicious. Thanks again to the entire service team at Hilton Surfers Paradise for an excellent and memorable weekend.
