Not a bad stay but not the best considering it’s a 5 star hotel. Almost impossible to find a chair to sit by the pool. Only about 20 free chairs to use for all guest, and had to pay $75 dollars to reserve the cabana’s. in house cleaning was sub par, only had the bed made and towels changed each day, floors and bathrooms not cleaned and tissues were not restocked when ran out. But really like the hair care and amenities provided. A bit annoying when staff would knock once then enter the room late at night to check the minibar, thought that was a bit unusual and uncomfortable when the do not disturb sign was left on the door. Had to pay $30 a day for parking, which is ridiculous considering most hotels have free parking for guests. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and high quality food however seating is only an hour. Staff were lovely and helpful whenever something was needed. Overall disappointed in my stay for a 5 star hotel.

We recently stayed in the rooftop cabins at QT Gold Coast for 4 nights and it was an insanely amazing experience. The cabin/rooftop felt like a private oasis/glamping which was such a nice change to the standard hotel rooms. In the afternoon, we would receive a complimentary antipasto board as well as a tray with an assortment of items to make your own cocktails with instructions which is such a nice treat. They would also bring by some tea and chocolate before bed. The staff were super accommodating, attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back when on the Gold Coast next. They also provided the most amazing sweets like cookies/bars/chips that were complimentary and they would top it up each day.

Had a wonderful experience on arrival, greeted & looked after by Sarah.. had a strong Irish accent, which was adorable as her. She had expertise in looking after our booking, same time as our daughters & her entourage… , very efficient customer service seamless, too easy , no worries, be happy & enjoy your stay vibes Emmi - waitress on duty outside pool bar🤩 Another outstanding, professional beautiful, service with a smile staff member Food & drinks excellent standard Well stocked mini bar/ snacks Thank you for our wonderful experiences & stay here. Rooms clean , tidy, ample room Will definitely recommend to family & friends

The hotel is quirky which gives it its uniqueness. The service from the time you arrive at the entrance, through to reception, food & beverage areas and house keeping is EXCELLENT. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are a nice large size, clean and well lit. The buffet breakfast is also superb. They are also up to date with technology. You can use your phone to open your room door (as long as you’ve downloaded the QT app). There is also an iPad type tablet in every room to order room service and check on the weather etc etc. There is an excellent pool and bar area where you can relax the whole day if you desire.
