Staff are super helpful. Had a few issues with our electric vehicle and the staff were very accommodating. Rooms are amazing, awesome views from our room on level 3. Location is low key compared to the city centre of Queenstown. 20min drive from Queenstowns city centre just keep that in mind. Hire car is a must.

I wasn't a staying guest. I came for breakfast before my flight as I read good reviews about it. There were construction works next to the hotel and it changed the road conditions. I wasn't sure where to park, there were tour groups occupying the road and the hotel receptionists weren't sure about the parking either. The coffee machine was not working and the staff didn't notice that. When I pay for the breakfast, the eftpos machine was down. The ladies bathroom run out of toilet papers, maybe the staff didn't check regular. Overall, the hotel is well staff for the breakfast period, it appears that everyone just going through the motion, no one pay attention to details.

Hotel rooms are too small, staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is big issue, you will not find anything within their premises. They have less then 10 parking stops, can you believe it. Its holiday inn group and with no or limited parking. I had to go far to park my car. And parking is paid around the corner.

Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. It's clear that they love what they do, and it reflects in the outstanding service they provide. As well as restaurant staff Barbie and Aman! Now, let's talk about the hotel room standard—simply remarkable! The comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It was like a home away from home, and I couldn't have asked for a more cozy and inviting space. The puns are just too hard to resist - this hotel truly lives up to its name! The service, the rooms, everything is truly remarkable. I feel like I've discovered a hidden gem in the heart of Queenstown.
