Upgraded to a suite for an extra 300NOK. The thermostat in the room was not the same as the instructions, so I couldn't warm up. No drinking water in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Location in the Folketeateret was perfect, five minutes walk from the Central station.

Recently stayed at this hotel and it had exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The highlight was the breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, local foods. Highly recommend

Great location, in the centre of the city, great breakfast and dinner, friendly stuff! The only thing I would change is that lights in the room are not independent, once you switch off, every light switches off. But I totally recommend it! We had souper nice accommodation!

Extremely noisy room from the bar/club in the building. Even though staff know some rooms are noisier than others, due to the location, they still put guests travelling for work there. The music is so loud that it’s impossible to sleep even with earplugs— the windows vibrate from this noise. Very poor cleaning. I have never seen such a dark room with such dim lightning.
