The staff at this hotel is amazing. I just need to pay a compliment to Juan at the front desk. My mother is a double amputee who was homeless and having a very hard time. Juan among other staff made my mother feel special and helped her with all her needs when I wasn’t available and did not expect any tips in return. It meant so much to me, Thank you.

Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were clean, no complaints. The airport shuttle provided by the hotel was available on short notice. Many choices for breakfast.

The room was gorgeous, great list of amenities, extensive breakfast spread. I really appreciated that the room was well stocked with everything we would need to use the kitchenette. My only wish is that there were more allergy friendly options for breakfast. I cannot eat gluten or dairy, and couldn't eat most of what was offered. But I did appreciate the oatmeal, which is more than what most hotels offer.

From management to housekeeping, all have made us feel like family. Alex, Kyle, Drew, Kiki, Juan, Gina, Dana, Lucero, Katrina, Selena, Esteban, and everyone else on staff, a big shout out to all of you. You have made us feel at home. The hotel was exceptional. Beginning with the outside landscaping and clean grounds to the entrance to a very inviting lobby. I was greeted immediately upon entering the hotel. The check in went fast and efficient. The rooms were very large with complete kitchen. Although everyone was exceptional I'd like to recognize Alex for his outstanding customer service. When I locked myself out of my room I went to the front desk to request another key card. Instead of making a duplicate key and sending me on my way he took the extra time to walk with me to my room to make sure I was able to gain access. The few minutes he took to do this made a lasting impression which puts Home 2 Suites on the top of the list when needing future accommodations.
