We needed a handicap accessible room and they delivered! There was some miscommunication with the cleaning staff, but that was on us. Our room was spacious and I enjoyed the view. But who am I kidding, I love the view of Arizona from almost any angle. The staff was attentive and helpful. Any questions we had, they answered to our satisfaction. I took the shuttle to the airport. We left in a timely manner so I wasn't rushed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

It was disappointing for a Marriott! Destiny was great this morning, I did not tell her about the moldy smell on our floor or the stains on my sheets but I did tell her about the lack of breakfast options at 9:05 this morning. There were no empty serving dishes anywhere to show there had been anything other than a bowl of banana, a bowl of apples, a few boiled eggs and yogart. There were 3 full pitchers of orange juice, grapefruit juice and water. 2 of the maid came in and wiped off a table but didn't say anything to me as I was forging for food. Had I not made it in there until 9:30, I would have totally understood there not being any breakfast left but if you say breakfast is until 9:30, then you should honor that commitment!! The decor is dated and it's hard to find a comfortable seat. Like I said Destiny was great, she gave us some points because of the lack of breakfast and the driver was kind enough to come back for us when the van was full the first trip to the airport. We really appreciated both of them!!

Great location; beautiful remodeled rooms, lobby, and restaurant. Excellent service at the restaurant (thank you Sylvia) and the food was fresh and tasty. The shuttle drivers were nice and professionals. Overall, this Marriott in an excellent place to stay at for a short stay in Phoenix.

I want to take a moment and say this hotel far surpassed any of my expectations. Though I generally praise and applaud the staff with restaurant and cleaning crew . I would like to take a minute and say the shuttle and bell hop service was the absolute best in the business by far . Accommodating to a level I have never seen in all my travels . Keep up the great work !

Inwould stay here again. So, as far as a clean place to stay with all the amenities, they have it down. I have to compliment the staff, from the shuttle driver to the staff assisting with the conference room everyone was kind and helpful. I am from the East Coast, and perhaps I need to expect this level of service there but it just isn't happening. Great stay for a business event.
