The floors in the bathroom were stained and looked dirty. The rooms were only cleaned every other day, we stayed 7 days!! My mother in laws sheets were dirty but the hotel wanted to charge us for a different set of sheets. 10 minute drive from the airport. The positive is a free shuttle to and from the airport

Price for the room online was a good deal but will pay extra to stay at a different hotel. The beds were hard with pillows that had little support. The shower head didn’t stay in place and kept falling off the handle. There was a cloth shower curtain that does not stop the water from going all over the floor. Hotel staff was great!

Hotel was reasonable price, decently clean and modern room vibe. The pool/hot tub area is nice. Gas station, cheaper food options close by. Free shuttle to and from airport. Checkout is noon. Make sure you go to Paco’s Tacos! There is a smaller bar-restaurant on main level, the breakfast is not free!

Absolutely the worst airport hotel I have stayed at. First they say airport shuttle, but when I got in and called, I was told they don't run this late. Then in the morning I had reserved a shuttle to go back to the airport, I arrived 1 min late according to the desk clerk. To which I was told the next shuttle would be in 30 min, I asked did I miss it, no but if you are not here before it will not go. Very poor customer service, they need a new front desk person.

I don’t know where to start with this hotel. I could say the location of the hotel was great no problems there. I noticed when I walked into my room everything seemed to be clean but no not the case the bathroom was dirty and had hair in the tub as will as the sink, there was spots everywhere in the restroom. The floor in the room was filthy due to me spilling some water and cleaning it up with a towel, and noticed the towel was black after doing so, as will as my children feet from walking in the room. The toilet constantly got bagged up and had to report it to the from desk multiple times, which there was no one at the front desk constantly. The sheets on the bed were brown not white at all! We stayed 4 nights and let me tell you it was the worst! My daughters had complained about itching and having bumps all over their body, my oldest had hives of bumps from her head to toe and couldn’t sleep therefore I had to order some Benadryl to help with the itching and pain, remind you we had a two queen beds therefore they slept in one bed while I slept in the other! I reported it to the hotel staff at the front desk when we checked out which the guy at the front desk stated they looked like spider bites. Remind you when we checked in my daughters where fine nothing out of the ordinary on their body whatsoever. The fact of him saying it looks like spider bites, rubbed me the wrong way no matter what kind of bite it was. They got bit up in your hotel! He stated he will report it to upper management and they will get back to me in about a week after they do there investigation. Before we left he had the audacity to ask if we wanted breakfast on the hotel behalf! Very disgusting with this place! Not to mention the front desk staff shouldn’t have a job. They don’t smile nor greet guest appropriate, specking to you in one-word-answers bothered me! It’s all customer services for a reason!
