The staff was fun, energetic, polite, welcoming and accomodating! My room was neat & clean and most importantly- Quiet! Temperature and amenities were all tip-top. The breakfast was standard hotel fare... BUT- The service staff kept it stocked, warm and fresh at all times. Cleanliness of the food and dining area was a top focus point. I look forward to staying again on a future trip!

Rooms weren't cleaned while we were there for 4 days. Trash was overflowing. Front desk was nice & friendly. Good breakfast & great choices. Sign in our bathroom said room would be cleaned daily. Wrong, not ours. We checked in on Thursday & left Monday.

Enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. Very close to the airport and FWY access. They were undergoing some renovations in the lobby so it was a bit cluttered. Our room was clean and the A/C was thankfully working when it was 109 degrees outside. The complimentary breakfast was convenient, practical and filling. Always been a fan of the hotel chain's waffle station! My only complaint, for the two nights we were there, there were some unsavory characters hanging out by the entrance seemingly engaged in illegal transactions. They did not look like guests of the hotel. Aside from that, I'd recommend this hotel for the value, accessibility and the complimentary breakfast.
