excellent location near the famous Gran Vía, staff was very kind, unfortunately the room (especially the bathroom) was very tiny but still perfectly clean. I was expecting much noise due to the location, however to my surprise it was very quiet

The place has a wonderful location!🤩 Only two blocks from the Gran Vía and 10 min walk to others well known sightseeing attractions. There is a wonderful Tacos-place at the same block and next to the house, as well as a Copas Bar with nice music. The service and worker we met at the reception was very friendly and willing to help. The check in wasn't til 12.00pm, but we arrived earlier and were able to let our baggage there, while walking the city. The room wasn't good isolated and we could hear everything out there. It wasn't the cleanest either (some loose hairs at the floor and bed), but it was very comfortable (bed was good, it was an AC, clean towels, cold and hot water in the shower, a minibar with some beverages, to be paid, of course). They had room service as well and the reception is 24h staffed.

Amazing location, central and safe. The room was renovated and clean. Unfortunately, there was a constant annoying smell from the toilet. The mini fridge was not working. The sleep quality not so good, as the bed was short (I am not even 1.80m and my feet were out of the bed). The sound isolation is really bad, not from the street, but from the other rooms. You can hear people speaking on the phone, and at night people snoring. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. In general if you don't prioritize your sleep quality or you don't mind the noises and the other things and you want a room in a really convenient location, it can be your next accomodation.

It was a bad experience. The elevator looked really unsafe. Arriving there, the staff told usthat they would need to move us(me and my girlfriend) to another room, because they needed our room for other guests. I can'texpress into words how wrong it feels to treat your own guests that way.The room was really small and it felt really cheap, compared to how much we paid for the place and what we were led to believe on their site.We couldn't keep the key, which felt really sketchy really, they told us that we need to ring the front door if we want to enter the room.We had really high expectations of the place, but we ended up leaving right away and not returning. It was a total waste of money!!!Do not recommend this place in any circumstances!!!
