Stayed for 3 nights - good service with kind reception. Solid coffee maker you could use unlimited in the lobby with free wine every afternoon for 2 hours. They stored our bags in the luggage room after we checked out. Breakfast connected to the hotel (was additional fee but we just went on our own one of the days). Good location. Had bikes out front for use (we didn’t use them though). Rooms were a little older but it went with the theme and felt cute.

The hotel definitely fails in such basics as having adequate soundproofing and proper curtains. As for the former, the hotel is located in a very busy main avenue and a room on the second floor is all but peace and quiet as soon as cars, buses and trucks start passing before sunrise and throughout the day. And as for the latter and despite having the curtains fully shut, in late September the room was flooded with light before 6 AM. Can only imagine the situation in June! Definitely lacking the attention to detail and care you'd expect from a hotel room in the 300 € range.

We experienced a great service. A mistake had happened with our room, so we were upgraded to the only available room, the Junior Suite. The rooms are classy with modern Nordic decoration and of course fully furnished with Danish design classics. It's located in the heart of Copenhagen, so you have everything nearby: the main shopping street, the metro, Tivoli, the train station, music venues and a vast variety of dining possibilities.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Alexandra. We stayed here for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. Hotel is right in the middle of Copenhagen city, near the main station and Tivoli Garden! The bedrooms are lovely, very comfy beds. The service here is amazing, from the bike rentals to the free wine during happy hour - I accidentally left something behind in my room and they immediately emailed me, and posted it back to me. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, thanks so much again!
