A perfect place for the ones who are set to explore the eternal city. It's located close to Rome's all must-see attractions, hop on hop off bus stops, and the train station. The personnel are very friendly and supportive. The room was clean and had all necessary attributes to spend nights in comfort. I did not expect that the service level would be that high for the money I spent.

Terrible. Horrendous. I was planning a trip to Rome, and flight got cancelled 3 days before, ok, all good. Due to my myriad of emails and phone calls with the hotel, which seemed great, I called to cancel and get my money back. Email didn't send and phone number doesn't go through. Fraudulent, literal garbage. Worst place ever, they told me if I need to cancel I have 36 hours, I fit the criteria, and to no avail, they just jacked my money, and my friends money who I split the room with. I encourage them to email me and be honest.

Old and ugly... I thought about having mercy, because the Indian staff was awesome... But they tried to charge my twice for keeping my luggage (why they even charge for this?). Italians... Always trying to rip you off because you're a turist. Municipality tax went from 3 to 5 € (is this even true?). The included breakfast is OK.

Okay for a night, but an old hotel that needs updating. The smell in the room was not great and we could hear other rooms through the pipes. Bed was comfortable and had the standard things needed, but I feel it was too expensive for what is offered. Breakfast is included but it's a strange way of serving it. You had to go to the basement (stairs only) and it is not all laid out in front of you, there is an attendant who will give you a small cup for juice, give you bread etc. You have to tell her what you want but you can't really see the options.
