Love, love, love this hotel. Staff treat you like family, it is in a great location, really treated us well when we celebrated a special anniversary, and when we returned after the pandemic, and celebrated another special occasion, we were treated like family again. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. And hope to go back soon

Worst room possible for four star hotel. When you enter the hotel feels like two star hotel. When you enter the room will feel like 1 star. The downside about the hotel - broken toilet sit with missing nut on one side of sit -both side lamp not working - yellow paint - marks on paint -cracks in wall - mould in shower room - missing coffee or tea -load shower holder Only positive -coffee in the morning at breakfast

Absolutely gorgeous hotel overlooking the water and close to all the shops in Sorrento. The owners are wonderful. The best meals we had out in the garden. Will definitely be back

This hotel is situated on the west side of town. Two weeks earlier, we were on the East side of town. The west side feels more relaxed, less chaotic, and yet the quality of shopping and restaurants is still remarkably high. They have a parking garage under the hotel for guests. It costs 15 Euro per day, which is cheaper than other parking garages in the area, plus it also includes valet service. The hotel room was not very comfortable in terms of bed and air conditioning, but when you consider the location, the pool, it was a good choice.
