Lovely room very regal look though not very large had a fun little glimpse of the canals out of the windows Beautiful hotel all through. Limited service but a warm helpful staff great location.

This was a great little spot to stay in Venice. Unfortunately we couldn't stay in the initial booked placed and this served as a last minute thing. They had breakfast in the morning pretty good selection of bread.

Google maps says it’s About a 25 minute walk from the train station, but this is false. You will end up having to take some form of water taxi or boat. So we took a boat bus, about $8 to ride and makes multiple stops. It took about an hour to get to the pier closest to our hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location near lots of shops, museums and food. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, and the view from the windows is gorgeous of the canal. The bathroom is a great size with a full shower. The workers are great and very friendly. The breakfast was just okay and same for the coffee machine. I would stay here again.

Have to take a boat from the railway station (7~8stops) about 8 euros unless you prefer to walk and lug your luggage over all the staircases. The hotel was small but cozy and the room service/housekeeping were great. Room and toilet was spotless everytime we came back. Front desk personnel also assisted with my needs very well, from getting to places to shops to purchase certain artefacts. The breakfast spread was simple but decent. They had a coffee machine, eggs and bacon along with crispy croissants and bread with jam! Overall a pleasant stay and 5mins walk to san marco's pier.
