I recently stayed at this hotel which is strategically located in the enchanting city of Venice and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. From its prime location to the impeccable room and top-notch service, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's strategic location in the heart of Venice is an absolute standout feature. Just a 7-minute stroll from the train station and a mere 16 minutes away from the coach station, which conveniently connects to the Marco Polo Airport. Being centrally situated allowed me to make the most of my time, exploring the charming city with ease. Upon entering the room, I was struck by its cleanliness and the evident attention to detail. The hotel's commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment was clearly evident, as the room was sanitized to perfection with bleach. The provided shampoo and conditioner were not only of top-notch quality but also free from overwhelming fragrances, catering to a wide range of preferences. Given the heatwave during my stay, the room's air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature, offering a welcome respite from the outside heat. The check-in process was a breeze, swift and efficient. In terms of value for money, this hotel absolutely hits the mark. The combination of its prime location, the quality of the room, and the exceptional service offered, all at a reasonable price, makes it an unbeatable choice.

This hotel appears to have been renovated. The halls and our room were nicely decorated. Our bathroom was spacious and nicely tiled. However, our room was quite small. There was very little space to walk around the beds. The location was excellent, very central to Venice. There was a small fridge and a safe in our room. Our room was clean. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor and there is no elevator in this hotel, which made it very difficult to bring all of our suitcases to our room. Coming and going was also challenging, having to navigate all the steps up and down. Lastly, the air conditioning was completely inadequate by North American standards. There is no central air conditioning in this building, only individual units. Our hallway, outside our room had no air conditioner and being on the top floor, it was always quite warm. Our room had an air conditioner but it was insufficient to cool our room and the weather was mostly in the 80's when we were there, not in the 90's as it had been prior to our arrival. Our room temperature was usually around 78° to 80°. We complained, but the hotel staff were indifferent. They knew about the problems but were incapable of doing anything about it.

We had a wonderful stay here – the room was recently refurbished, modern and very clean, with an excellent modern bathroom, air conditioning (this could only be controlled centrally by reception but I understand this was temporary, and it wasn’t an issue for us anyway), and although our first floor bedroom looked out over the street there were shutters and double glazing so weren’t disturbed by noise. The hotel is linked with the Hotel Arcadia directly across the street, which is where the reception and stunning breakfast room/lounge area (complete with Murano glass chandeliers and painted ceiling). Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide range of options, and, of course, good coffee. All of the staff we encountered were charming and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay as easy as possible. It was an excellent base to explore the city from, and a relaxing place to return to in the evening. Highly, highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel! Had a luxurious feel and very cozy atmosphere. About 6 min walk to Santa Lucia train station, and around 25 min walk to Piazza San Marco. Many dining options and shops nearby; busy area but premises were quiet. Hotel and my room were spotless! My room was pretty big and it was located on the third floor. There was no lift/elevator, so please keep that in mind if you are unable to take stairs. I was offered early check in, which was great, and was able to leave my luggage in the storage space for a few hours after check out. Staff was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to offer a pleasant stay! Breakfast was magnificent and the service was incredible!!! Totally recommend!!
