The hotel is in a lovely location with a red carpet bridge which makes it photogenic. Inside the reception is small but sufficient and has a lift, where staff did assist with our bags (thank you) Courtyard is well presented and laid out Breakfast was good, had changes each day and staff friendly.. Main issues were in the rooms and some particular items of decor where some items perhaps needed reviewed, some cheaper items have been used to replace originals and risks looking a bit miss matched. The kettle and coffee maker also had to be fully removed and plug into a socket else where, ultimately making it a bit clunky and could be better thought out. There was also some very questionable (racist) lamps within the hotel. Whilst I understand this style was once popular in Venice, I would suggest should now be removed, these mid century item have no place to be displayed or owned in this day.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in the paruta suite apartment that had a jacuzzi in the separate building. It was so much more spacious than I imagined and it was so clean. The bathroom was beautiful and had great water pressure. The location was great as it’s very walkable to major destinations but still quiet and away from the crazy crowds. We also enjoyed the bar area multiple times during our stay in the main building of the hotel. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. We would stay here again next time we visit Venice!

My family of 4 (wife and two teenagers) stayed in the annex building 3 bedroom apartment. The layout was great. It was clean. The location was convenient. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Venice.

We would definitely come back here. The wellness suite and hotel rooms (we stayed 2 nights in each) were clean and cozy, not to mention the hot tub in the apartment was fun! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. They set up our water taxi to the airport for us. Breakfast for the hotel room was fantastic, and the staff was so so nice. The hotel is located in a quiet campo but is within close walking distance to the other squares and areas. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Everything was beautiful. They let us take some umbrellas on a rainy day. They carried our bags to our rooms. The room was clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast, OMG! Violetta and Senedou both were so fantastic. They make the food with passion and love. They have amazing background in cooking and great stories. Get to know them! Everything tasted so amazing. They make everything fresh, even the coffee, eggs, crepe, … amazing desserts. Amazing entrees. It’s so good it deserves its own paragraph. The breakfast made us want to stay another night. There’s a bridge right in front of the hotel entrance, make sure to get help with your bags from the team if needed. Definitely coming back here
