We had a one bedroom suite. The rooms are dated but very clean. The bathroom is a comfortable size with a large shower. We had a number of things not working on arrival (TV, bathroom fan, missing bedding) however they were remedied upon reporting. Really appreciated the coffee and tea available from early morning in the lobby as well as the drinks/snacks for purchase. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, but sadly missing enough charging outlets. Overall it's a pleasant hotel to stay at.

Hotel Belleza was a great place to stay for a friends laid back bachelorette weekend. It is in a quiet location away from the popular beach hotels, but easily walkable to many restaurants and bars. It was also an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. We got a 3 bed room for 4 people which was comfortable. Enough towels for all staying. It was also nice that paper towels and silverware was provided if we got take out. They allowed us to hold our luggage as check out is at 11 AM and our flights out were later.

I’d give the hotel an overall good rating. We were there during a power outage, which was fine. There was nothing they could do about it; however, it was odd when we arrived that the people standing behind the desk didn’t greet us or anything until we said something to them. It was confusing in the darkness and there were a number of people behind the desk with no one in front of them. They were very friendly and helpful the next day, though. Also, we had understood that by putting our name on a list of those affected we’d be receiving a larger refund than $100 for the one night we were there in a suite with 9 people in it. We thought this also because we let the front desk know the next morning that our AC didn’t come back even when the power did. Overall, would recommend. Clean and nice. Staff may need further training on what to do in unexpected situations, such as power outages, but seem to be helpful and friendly.

Great hotel, the rooms were big and clean! The A/C was great and they had cable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Coffee and tea included every morning from 8am to noon was honestly great. Location was great on washington/21st, it’s close (walkable 10mins or less) to the beach, cvs/walgreens, Lincoln rd and a lot of good restaurants on collins! It’s a bit far from ocean drive though. I would definitely stay here again!
