Last night, I checked online, and there were rooms available. Later I came and the door was closed and locked. I talked to somebody through a speaker with a bad attitude. Later, i came, and the door was closed and locked and told me there was no room available and hung up without explanation, bad advertising, and bad service in just a minute of interaction.

BH-Usaquen is not a 3, but a 5-stars Hotel thanks to its dedicated personnel, its great breakfast, outstanding cleanness, location, and many more. They treated my wife and daughter like queen and princess. Very supportive and professional manager and front desk associates. This will be without doubt my preferred option and favorite hotel in Usaquen Area every time I come back to Bogota. Kudos for you guys!! You're doing it great!
