Extremelly noisy gests. Nice room but cleaning with faults. Poor social areas. Not so close to the city center as announced. Not a 4 stars hotel at all.

Nice room, clean and big. Receptionist were friendly. Breakfast in the morning missed some selection, it is okay for 1-2 nights, but would be boring if you plan to stay longer and are used to very good breakfast buffets.

We got a room with a nice view all over the city at the 8th floor, with nice breeze from the balkony. Clean room, comfortable bed and Polite personnel. Close to the hotel is the bus stop to the city center and a supermarket.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel while visiting the hotel for the sports events. This hotel was recommended by the sports organizers since its in a walking proximity to the Dom Sportova (Sports House). In all the cases, I would not advise the hotel: A) Beds - very bad, small beds in twin rooms, beddings not clean, sheets not comfortable B) Floor and Cleaniness — the floors are very dirty, full of dust. The cleaners cannot do the job well, just swipe dust from one side of the room to another. C) Area — not good also. D) Price was elevated since competition, to like 150 EUR per night for twin room. Our friends stayed in Westin which is 10 minutes walk and much closer to the center and much better hotel for 200 EUR per night in the same period. Please avoid this hotel, since it is not really 4*, it is like a soviet pioneer camp style dormitory room. Breakfast - OK.

After a problem with our other accomodation. Hotel blue really helped us we were a group of 47 so it was amazing that we could stay the night there without reservation. The man at the front desk was very helpfull and friendly The rooms where very nice and clean with a beautifull view of zagreb. The bathroom was big and spotless. The breakfast had a lot of options and everything was fresh. I will defenitly come back here!
