The overall appearance of the hotel is quite nice. Bedding was to my expectations. The availability of down filled pillows went without saying which I highly appreciate. What was missing? A TV to link to your cell phone (screen sharing), the ability to fully open the window for fresh air. Considerations should be made whether hardwood flooring is the better option over unhygienic carpet floors that additionally decrease air quality.

The room was VERY clean and spacious. The bedding was extremely comfortable. Thankful the room had a fridge, sometimes that's hard to find overseas. The staff was very polite. The location was ideal in walking distance to many things. I would stay here again.

Outside looks like art deco building is a bit old fashion. Inside the re decorated is looking more modern and nice. I attended a dental Conference so I took breakfast at the coffee area. Was nice relaxing the lady service was very polite. They have a variety of coffee, cakes, smoothies and juices. Toilets were clean they have around the corner some shops, cinema, museums, local attractions and coffee shops. Public transport literally is at the door.

Disappointing Experience at Sheraton Zagreb Hotel I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel, and I must say it was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our expectations were not going to be met. First and foremost, we had specifically requested a room with a large bed, but were given a room with two separate beds instead. Not only did this inconvenience us, but the hotel staff didn't even bother to apologize for the mix-up. It was a disappointing start to our stay. To make matters worse, the sound insulation in the hotel was abysmal. We could hear every word spoken by people in the neighboring rooms, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, there was a dog barking incessantly for three whole hours, which further added to our sleep deprivation. Despite our complaints, the hotel staff seemed indifferent and failed to take any action to resolve the issue. Furthermore, when we requested cutlery to be brought to our room, the hotel staff simply forgot about it. It's astonishing that such a basic request could be overlooked, especially considering the reputation of the Sheraton brand. However, I must mention that the only positive aspect of our stay was the waitress at the hotel restaurant. Although I am not entirely certain of her name, I believe it might be Katarina. She provided excellent service and was attentive to our needs. She deserves 10 stars. Overall, I cannot recommend the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel based on my experience. The lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and the numerous issues we encountered during our stay made it a disappointing and frustrating experience.
