Staff are lovely. Breakfast is lovely. BUT the rooms are abysmal with paper-thin walls and ceilings - we haven't had a good night's sleep since we arrived due to other guests being so inconsiderate and noisy. We desperately needed a peaceful holiday which we booked at considerable expense - but we're going back home tomorrow absolutely knackered due to lack of sleep.

I must compliment your hotel to be one of the finest hotels in the world I have ever been. Apart from the perfect location close to the main station and all the major attractions, it is still in a quiet neighborhood. This being said, your hotel staff from the house keeping to the lady helping in the cafeteria during breakfast and of course, the staff at reception have been too good to be true. From my early check-in to assisting me in things to do around the hotel and in lucerne, they have been nothing less of a delight to me and my wife. My greatest appreciation to all of them, though I did express the same during my checkout. Please keep us the same standards and I'm sure your hotel will be the best hotel in Lucerne.

Very friendly and forthcoming reception. Room was very clean, and very quiet, possibly also bc it was at the backside. Due to the hot weather the room was very warm at night when i arrived. Thanks to the ventilator in the room and windows that could be opened the room was quickly cooled down and i slept well. Liked also very much the breakfast room with the long table with the fresh flower bouquet. Will definitely stay here again when i visit Luzern.
