One of the best hotels during our Italy trip. It's a small boutique hotel with about 30 rooms but service was outstanding. We had buffet breakfast every morning which has a huge selection of international hot meal, Italian pastries, yoghurt, fruits and cold cuts. Had drinks on the terrace and the bar manager Elias was very friendly. The location was so close to everything we needed and they walked with our bags to a bridge where they called a water taxi to meet us, as the high tide prevented us using their private dock. Highly recommend!!

Had the suite 24. Great room. Superb service from the staff and bartender. The hotel has its own dock and can arrange the water taxi to the airport which is a plus. Walking distance within all the attractions.

The room was very comfortable but very noisy. I was on the third floor which overlooks the bar area so you can hear the music until they turn it off at night plus all the clattering and banging with glasses. Then in the morning I was woken up at 6:25 by yet more banging by the start of the breakfast service. So around 6 hours sleep. The outside terrace is very nice and the bar staff were great. Breakfast is very small and the only gluten free food was a rice cake. The service at breakfast wasn't great. So, a mixed time. I wouldn't choose it if you wanted a quiet hotel as a lot of the rooms are near the bar/breakfast area.

4th visit in 14 years. Absolute gem of a hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Best hidden garden for an afternoon private drink and one of the best central locations you could wish for. Charm and history mixed with modern amenities and a great breakfast. Front desk staff are brilliant and the bar is a super bonus. Once you’ve been you kinda want to come back to just this hotel. Will be coming back for more.
