Everything was perfect from rooms to breakfast. But the main thing we felt in our stay was the staff behavior. We were late for 30 mins during check out as we missed the train from gornegrat and the behaviour we got was pretty rude. I also messaged the hotel at 10.40 am that we missed the train and as a result will check out 30-45 mins from the mentioned time. The receptionist behaved as if we made a huge mistake. We doesnt felt like guest but an intuder. I know this comment doesnt make any difference but i would like to request the hotel please behave properly with your guests, any hotel can spend in rooms and other luxuries but what will be remembered is behavior specially when it comes to tourism business. The behavior me and my wife got is unacceptable and i am not returning to this place.Thanks

Elite at Zermatt is fantastic! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is top-notch. The staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to make guests happy. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the railway station makes it super easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Location is really the only Elite thing about this hotel. The breakfast was good, the ski room is small but does have good boot warming system! We had an old room but I do see some have been renovated which look much nicer! Rhe Spa bath is nice but takes a long time to fill up and the shower (in the bath) had no curtain so water went everywhere, maybe in the renovated rooms this has been addressed!
