Rooms are nothing like advertised, you get shoved away in the building opposite the street. No kettle, no coffee machine. Super tiny bed, maybe 130cm wide. And the photo of the room we had is not on booking, probably only the pretty rooms

Excellent place!! The person at the reception, as well as the cleaning and kitchen staff, were very professional. I recommend this hotel.

The room was the equivalent of a hamster cage and did not look like the pictures. The reception was unfriendly and insulting. Every hotel I have been to in Düsseldorf has been better than this one.

The outside of the hotel is not very interesting but the rooms look very nice. There are rooms on the other side of the road. Have to cross the street for breakfast. Breakfast is good, nice breakfast room. Parking is very close and convenient. We asked for another room. This was cleaned immediately while there was only one person available. Compliments! Location of the hotel is also very good We will definitely come back.
