The only benefit is the location and the large room. However the room was too expensive, when you keep in mind there is no lobby and we have had no breakfast included. Very annoying was the noise, while we had the ground floor room. Each time when someone entered the hotel our door was shaking, in the morning the breakfast is prepared next to the room plus a loud A/C did not help. We would not book the hotel anymore.

Avoid this hotel if you can. It's not the greatest location. There are other hotels with much better locations and price. The rooms are clean and spacious but they don't give much more than the bed and even the beds aren't fully done; you have to look for the duvet yourself and make the bed. There is an AC but almost everything is locked. There is no reception or any way to get a hold of anyone. Once you book your room, someone will start chasing you thru WhatsApp, phone calls and every way they can to get the city tax and the credit card number. Once your money is with them, they will stop responding to everything. You will have no help whatsoever with the room or the property. When I tried to contact them on the numbers they provided and the numbers they were contacting me from, they blocked my number so I can't contact them. The rooms are NOT soundproofed. There is no key, everything is by 4 digit code and you can hear everyone walk in and out of of the room and in the hallway plus you can hear the loud buzzing sound when they unlock their rooms. If you are a light sleeper, you aren't getting much sleep in this hotel. Basically, only get this hotel if you need a bed to sleep and nothing else matters including the bed itself (I e. Location, service, amenities etc). This is a hotel to avoid at all costs in my books.

I have no complaints. It's a decent hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Nice and very helpful lady will help you with your breakfasts make your bed and clean your room. I'd say Grazie to the staffs.

Overall experience is good but I won’t go back again. Breakfast is extremely poor and staff isn’t friendly. There’s no eggs, no natural juices, everything is industrial. Check-in is 15 minutes away, don’t ask for full transport it doesn’t worth it. Bedroom is clean but there’s no glasses, empty fridge, only water bottle. No coffee in room, nor tea. Iron is very cheap and there’s no other facilities in the room. If you need anything, don’t ask because their won’t come. Check-out is early since there’s one person to prepare the breakfast and deal with the rooms.

Very nice clean room. Basic and comfortable bed, towels, shampoos, hairdryer safe fridge and all works. Good location for 30 min walking every direction to get for example to San Marco place. A food store just 2m across the street. Breakfast was lovely small buffet, croissant ham cheese tee cafe jam muesli yoghurt.. very cute. Read carefully all information before check in 😉
