The room looked better in the pictures on their website. It could seriously use some upgrades, everything seemed a bit old and tired. No A/C but just a fan, so it was very hot all the time. Barely any facilities in the room itself, but you can get coffee at the reception. Food is pretty good though, good breakfast selection and some nice items on the dinner menu at reasonable prices. The staff was a bit hit or miss, some were very friendly and others rather stand-offish. The free parking and a bus stop in front of the hotel were the biggest plusses.

The room was clean, but not very modern. The bathroom is clean but very old. The shower head was loose and it was impossible to shower normally, you had to shower manually. The breakfast is very varied, only the coffee is terrible. The girls in the dining room were the friendliest in the place. Now the most negative thing about the experience at this hotel is that the hotel workers smoke a lot under the rooms and the smell of tobacco enters the rooms all day. Not having AC you have to open the windows and the room always smells of tobacco and is very unpleasant. Another negative point is the priority that the hotel gives to business groups, they directly ask you to speak quietly, not use certain common parts and not disturb. It doesn't make you feel good.

Very disappointed and cannot believe the 4 star rating; no refridgerator in the rooms, no air-con, drinking glass is tainted with a dead fish odour, no bottled water supplied but available from dispenser at E2.7 for 0.5ltr, no evening restaurant or bar, and the desk is only open from 7am till 9pm. And location is miles from cafes and anywhere interesting. 4 star? What a joke!

First of all, it's not a hotel, it's a hostal. There are no normal hotel services such as concierge, trained people, guest care. After a concert yesterday on the 25th of July and arriving at the hotel at night, it was closed. I had to call a phone and after a lot of difficulty for the person to understand that I was a guest and there was an opening system that was not explained when checking in. They ruined my night.
