Nice clean well decorated hotel. Very good location for main attractions in Salzburg. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.. Great breakfast. Very nice dinner in restaurant. Room was spacious with pleasant view over the main Street. Strangely the room didn't have any drawers for clothes which made us feel we were living out of a suitcase. Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay.

Very luxurious from the moment you step in. Professional front desk staff, definitely well-trained to handle guests. Gave us a free upgrade to the suite which is incredible - huge room and ample shower / bathroom counter space. Breakfast spread is excellent. Location is a short walk to the train station. Mirabell gardens is nearby. But it isn’t in the old city which is where most of the action is.

Good location. Clean, spacey rooms. We had a longue included in our booking which was really cool, they served breakfast and snacks during the day. The beds are comfy and pillows are too. The AC was not that strong but since the weather was cool it was alright inside the room. However, during checkout the employee on the reception desk charged us extra 95€ for "parking expenses" without telling us. Keep in mind that we did not have a car or anything. Therefore, this made us spend extra time checking out and we had a long trip following us.

Very friendly staff who were helpful with locating parking and nearby attractions. The rooms were well appointed with fine linens and pillows (with optional pillow types available on request), solid walls, very quiet, radiant floor heating in the bath area, nice robes and slippers, and the location is very walkable to site seeing attractions, cafes, restaurants, and bars. The onsite breakfast has a large variety of breakfast foods available and the dining area is bright and airy. The bar has a decent selection of spirits and wine, as well as beer on draft. Very nice accommodations. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation. I'd really like to be there right now.
