Absolutely wonderful and amazing service. This family-owned hotel definitely has its perks! We had a lot planned during our trip and needed a few additional things and they were all very accommodating! The wife/owner was so sweet in congratulating us on our engagement and all the staff truly looked after us. Thank you so so so much for being a part of our forever story! We will be back!

The service staff are nice and they welcome you with some fresh lemonade. We got there early however our room was ready. They asked if we needed pool towels and we told them we did. They informed us that there is a charge for the towels and that we would have to use the same one for the five days we were there... Once we got into our room, we felt that it was very small. They came knocking on our door and handed us a free bottle of Prosecco since we were on our honeymoon. We were very appreciative of this gesture. Our bed was two single beds and had them together which kept coming apart while we slept. The washroom was very small and did not have much room for your toiletries. We also didn't have much room for our luggage, which wasn't the greatest since we were staying for 5 days. They informed us that we should not have food in our room since it would bring ants.. when we got there we saw an ant even when we had no food out. We didn't really care about the ants. We've been to other hotels around the world which had little insects like this. The location of the hotel is great for walking to the downtown area and the harbour. The downfall is how noisy the area is. The traffic is crazy! Not peaceful at all. The other noisy thing was the kitchen area under our room. You could hear them around 6am everyday. The pool area was clean and the staff were friendly. The rooftop terrace was just tables but it was great to watch the sunset. In all, this hotel wasn't for us but would work for others. So I would say check it out and see if it's your cup of tea. Ciao Sorrento!
