The room and breakfast were good. Fast and easy check-in. The staff were very nice and helpful. They even texted us directions to the hotel from the water bus

It’s a 3 star hotel. Location was good between saint mark square and rialto bridge. Staff was very friendly and Helpful, we got all information and directions we needed. thanks Claudio. That’s the extra star on this review. Room was a little small but had all the necessary furniture to accommodate ourselves comfortably. it didn’t bother us at all. Overall we liked staying there for 2 nights!

We stayed here for 1 night. Overall quite pleasant! The location is incredible! The room is small (to be expected in Venice) however, for 1 night it was a good place to stay! Staff are lovely and friendly ! Would stay here again.
