Location is ideal, steps from water taxi/bus stop and less than 5 minute walk to Doge's/St. Mark's. Impressive breakfast spread and very helpful staff. This place is a hidden gem.

Modern hotel in a great location. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Can’t fault it. Would say though, don’t pay extra for a certain view. The windows, typical to Venitian Style aren’t very “viewey”. Which means, if you want to see anything other than the building opposite you’d have to lean out of the window quite a bit.. not a downside for me, just wouldn’t pay extra for a room with “canal view”.

Great hotel with a contemporary design, calm. Location is the epicenter of Venice:) Small but very nice breakfast, enough to start your day. Worth mentioning - super helpful staff including online contacts.

Let's start with positive. Great location to visit Venice. The breakfast buffet was generous and lots of good different food options. Unfortunately our stay at Maison Ducal was very uncomfortable. The room was boiling at a temperature of 24C at night. It was unusually hot for May but the hotel management refused to turn on the air conditioning despite the heatwave... No consideration to the well being of the guests. They suggested that we open the windows. This barely made the room less warm but exposed us to mosquitoes and the noise of the bar next door until 1am. We weren't offered a fan or any alternative. Basically two painful sleepless night. Probably my worst hotel experience in the past ten years.

Really loved this hotel!!!! Perfect location close to St Marks Square. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and there was a really lovely breakfast buffet which we were not expecting which was really good. Rooms were nice and modern and clean but as the hotel is small, the rooms are close to the lobby but this wasn’t a problem. Would really recommend to anyone looking for a modern clean hotel in Venice
