The location is perfect, near to all the stores and restaurants which we like to visit. Had a good experience staying at 大阪名鉄ホテル, so we thought it’s a good idea to stay here. When we just checked in, I doubt that the room was cleaned properly. Compare to other hotels I stayed in different cities in Japan for 24 years. The cleaning level is the lowest so far. If it was cleaned well everyday it should not be like this condition for the age of this hotel. When we back at night. The floor was not cleaned at all.

The hotel's cleanliness met expectations, ensuring a hygienic stay. However, the relatively small room size may impact comfort. The additional $40 AUD charge for a 2-hour early check-in, especially considering illness, seems a bit steep. While cleanliness is a strong suit, the extra charge and limited flexibility may leave some guests wanting more hospitality and understanding in such situations.

Rooms are very small but service and location was great. Lots of amenities in the lobby and coin-operated laundry services. Staff bring fresh towels, water, and eye masks daily and leave in a bag by your door. Great having 7-Eleven attached to the hotel. Breakfast was a standout!!

Thought the room was perfect for what it was needed for. I usually travel on my own so size isn't an issue. The room I was in was perfect for one person but may be a little on the cramped side for 2. Not much room to store large luggage would be my only gripe but aware space is at a premium. Great location with easy access to pretty much anywhere you would want to go in Tokyo/Japan. Also loved the added touch of the pyjamas they provide each day. There is also a 24 hr 7/11 attached to the hotel that can be accessed directly with your key card for the extra convenience.

There is a reason why this hotel is a 3-star. There are no bellmen’s in sight, no one who greets you as you check-in, service was so poor - continuously gave distasteful glances whenever we sat in the lobby. Complete and utter hostility spewing from the reception. The housekeeping rewards you with extra toiletries (by leaving it outside your door) if you decide to not have your rooms cleaned the day of …. a bit odd. Oh, and check-out is at 10am. To me, that is the strangest thing. As opposed to everywhere else in the world, check-out is usually at 11am-12pm. To add, breakfast is below mediocre and rooms are insanely small. Little to no walk way and absolutely no room in the toilet. If you were taller than 5’10 you will definitely have issues. The only good thing I have to say is that the location is great, many restaurants, stores, shops, and malls around with a quick commute time. My stay here ruined the mood of my trip. I do not recommend Hotel Musse in Ginza.
