Can not fault staff. Always easy to reach via WhatsApp and very communicative and friendly. Our room was 101 which is literally within the dining room for breakfast where everyone sits, which we found quite unsettling because you open the door to the other guests right beside you at 8AM. We would likely not book canal view again because of that. Location is good, in quiet area that’s only 20 minute walk into a more busy part of Venice. Room was smart and comfy. Shower takes a long time to heat up and seems to buffer a lot in the morning. There is also building works as of Sep 2023 one one side and a prison right behind you on the other, as extra things to consider if you’re booking. Good for a 1-Night visit

I didn't like the air conditioner. but this is my personal. I'm used to sleeping in cooler rooms. The lowest available temperature is +20 . I'm sorry, but I'm hot.
