The hotel is well located in the very centre of the city. Everything is close by and walkable. The streets in the neighbourhood do get very crowded and it’s worse when they are consuming alcohol - the end of the street is a big party area. So be prepared to walk through the drunks to reach the hotel. Our room wasn’t available so had to wait in the lobby. We wished for some food but I had some urgent work tasks to complete. While I did my work my partner found something to eat/ drink, and brought it to me. Seems it’s not allowed to do that and we were kicked out from the outside courtyard and forced to eat our food on a bench in the street - rather unpleasant way to be treated. When we did enter the room it was clean and bright. Shower worked well and so did the heating. Bed/ mattress was comfortable. Same moment, everything was basic. So much effort made to provide a wall mounted bottle opener, it was too much, huge structure. Would have preferred to have been provided with an iron or a kettle with tea/ coffee…..and then I thought back to earlier experience of not being allowed to eat other food. All food and drink had to be bought from the hotel!! Breakfast was great and they served good coffee (had to ask for it). The hotel service wasn’t the best but not the worst. The reception tried to help but were not that good. There was one waitress who was shining compared to the others, a lovely woman (didn’t catch her name but she had lovely dark skin). She was cheerful and kind, going out of her way to greet us. Once she prepared tea for our room, it was really nicely done. The next night we asked for the same and it was nothing in comparison, she wasn’t working the second night and a man prepared it without any love. Elevator broke during our stay and took 1.5 days to repair. There is a strange rule that you have to leave the room key at reception every time you leave the hotel. Rooms seemed sound proofed, didn’t hear the neighbours once. They kindly organised a taxi to the airport for us on our last day, and it was half the price of the one we took arriving. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel

The hotel is like an oasis in the center of Naples. It's beautiful, quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is so helpful and kind. You won't find nicer people. The breakfast is great with a wide selection of items, including really good cappuccinos. I can not say enough positive things about this wonderful hotel.

Perfect peaceful location. Friendly staff and elegant rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Made you feel welcome and cared for. Had a terrace room overlooking the courtyard. Hotel was busy yet also quiet. Really close to train / bus

Hotel Bellini is a great choice for a trip to Napoli. My wife and I stayed four nights while we toured the city. The friendly staff helped us address our every need from cab rides to and from the train station, helpful recommendations, and efficient check-in / check-out. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the attractive courtyard had many, many choices. Highly recommended!
