This hotel has an incredible location in Naples. A few steps from Napoli Centrale. The entrance needs renovation to make it more interesting, but according to the owner, this improvement is already in the plans. The rooms are good. The staff is attentive and kind. I found it to be the best value for money in Naples.

First of all, you should never ask for anything luxurious for this price range. The room is old fashioned but at least it is clean and I felt comfortable to sleep on the mattress. This is not a room that you want to stay for long term but for a couple of days it is quite good given your budget is tight. Reception staff are kind and eager to help us, and they help keeping our backpacks for hours too! For location, it is very close to the main train station. Some reviews stated that it is located in an unsafe area, to be honest I think this area is not particularly safe but there are a lot of police patrolling around the area and people are living their lives only. As least I don’t see they do anything wrong or the police have to arrest anyone in the area. Overall, it is a enjoyable stay if you can’t afford much.

The room smelled do strong of perfume or maybe cleaning agent that me and daughter kept throwing up. We opened the window but still couldn’t sleep. The whole sheet and pillows and mattress smelled so strong that we had to cover it with our clothes and our towels we had to be able to block the smell as much as we can. Location also very geto

Good morning, These are my observations. 1. the water leaks from the shower that wets the floor, so the shower doors must be fixed, 2. we were 3 so liquid soap must be supplied according to number of guests, since we took a bath every day, the liquid soap was lacking on the second day. 3. The curtain should be washed. It looked dirty. 4. The hair dryer was not functioning. 5. For more than 2 guests, I suggest 2 keys of the room should be given in case one needs to go back to the hotel and the others want to remain out. 6. Add some clothes hangers in the cabinet. We were three and we had to hang some of our clothing behind the chair instead of putting them inside the cabinet. 7. Normally, I find a refrigerator in all hotels I went. The hotel is near the train station so it as really accessible. These are just my suggestions but to sum it up, we were fine. Thank you and we hope you Buon lavoro.
