They are liars. It’s not a hotel. There is no one to manage the building. We didn’t have hot water for shower, but the staff insisted the room was no problem. They didn’t want to fix up problem. They just want to talk to customers through the speaker. Please DO NOT stay here. No one manage you luggage. The password can be shared.

This is a central hotel with no frills. Comfortable bed and a surprise of a private rooftop terrace, with a view of cafes!

I do not recommend this hotel. Booked a room for 4 nights through "booking.com" got the confirmation and everything. When I arrived (a sunday at 22:00) there was no one at the reception, understandbly. I used the remote communication device at the door, but the person did not speak english. Even worse, they seemed to not have my name. They used the camera at the door to look at my passport but kept overlooking my name and instead were reading my nationality as my name, augmenting the level of confusion by orders of magnitude. This resulted in a very intense struggle for 20 minutes until a stranger speaking spanish came to my rescue. For 30 minutes the kind stranger went through the process of spelling my name at least 5 times, same for the confirmation number, the dates, the payments, the email, the phone number everything. In vain. All of this suggests substantial professional dysfunction on the side of hotel plaza, because why don't you write down the informations given, then we don't have to repeat. Incredible. Finally the option to give me one night, but charge me again was unlocked. Turns out, the next day I could clarify the situation with the office, they did had my name and everything. Absolutely terrible. 2 days after settling in a young couple at the door had the exact problem. This is very bad. Also the shower doesn't have reliable hot water. No breakfast also. Whatever
