We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is probably hard to beat! The hotel has everything we may need (even adapter for computer plugs etc). We stayed in a premium room and it was well worth it. The reason I didn’t put 5 stars for room is that the bathroom doesn’t have the fresh aroma smell that you would expect from a top hotel. The room was quiet - but if sirens go on the street, some maybe sensitive to it although it didn’t bother us at all.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel which is at the heart of the city and close to many tourist attractions and the Namba subway. The rooms are quite roomy with great views. The restaurants and bars offer a mix of continental and Japanese cuisine. The staff is very helpful and they offer their service with a smile. Do check out the bar at the 21st floor. Its a bit pricey and had a cover charge of 1200 Yen. The views of Okaka city are quite nice and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed and there is a reasonable selection of wines, liquor and cocktails along with beer

great hotel, great location. very clean room, spacious. you really can't beat that location, right on top of namba station that you can literally go into the station through the basement of hotel, and there you connected to 4 big malls with tons of shopping options and tons of restaurants to choose from. staffs were all very nice. we got the premium room, so you are on a higher exclusive floor which other guests can't access as you need to scan card to get to the floor and you even need to scan card again to open the auto door to get into the hallway, that was a nice touch. their buffet breakfast was so so though

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The Lobby/Reception on the 11th floor is beautiful, as is the bar & lounge on the 20th floor.Rooms are modern and very spacious. Bathrooms are perfectly designed, and the bed and linens were fantastic. We will be staying here in the future every time I visit Osaka.Staff are incredibly friendly, prompt & polite. The convenience store is accessible from the downstairs foyer which is very convenient. Also, a huge plus, the metro station access is downstairs. The hotel is perfect. Thank you!
