This is the 3rd hotel I had stayed at Tokyo Station & by far the most spacious. I like the small details & effort they made. Usually I would use my own toiletries but I can use theirs. I can feel the smoothness of my hairs after using conditioner. Their body lotion, cream and skin care are excellent add-ons. For a lady, all these are like a treat plus a good hair dryer. 😍 I won’t be trying others and would come back here again! 🫰

Convenient location Meticulous housekeeping service Impeccable hospitality from the staff It’s a 3-star hotel but their professional and genuine service quality is beyond any regular 3-star hotels. Nothing fancy, glamorous but simply excellent. I’d definitely like to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo.

This is an excellent hotel in every respect. I could not fault a single thing. The cleanliness of the room was superb, and everything from the toiletries to the beautifully pressed pyjamas was of the highest possible quality. In addition, it is perfectly placed about five minutes walk from Tokyo Station (Yaesu side) and about fifteen minutes walk from the Imperial Palace East Gardens. Although there are building works going on at the adjacent site I heard nothing at all, even though my room overlooked the site. Am more than happy to recommend this hotel and their pleasant and very efficient staff.

The Good: A short walk away from Tokyo Station (the main reason why I wanted to stay here was to take the bus to the airport due to my luggage) The economy room is quite spacious given Japanese standards. The bathtub is roomy and 2 different flavors of bath salt are provided. Also on the bathroom counter are 2 types of facial cleansing product (one to remove makeup and other follow up facial wash), toner, and emulsion for the ladies. There's also hair oil (: Given this hotel is only 3 stars, it's pretty darn good. The Not so Good: The bed is hard as a rock lol Depending on the side your room is facing there's construction next door that can be quite loud during 8am to 6pm. Luckily there was economy room available on the other side (I'd say at least 85% of economy rooms faces the construction site) and the front desk was nice enough to let me switch.
