This is a wonderful hotel, however the shower drain isn’t cleaned well and smells of strong mold and somehow a horrible sewer smell comes when using the bathroom sink. I’ve stayed in multiple rooms in this same hotel with the same problem. I wish the management could solve these issues, as it is otherwise a great place to stay. Their morning breakfast is simple, however quite good. They have a Jura E8 coffee machine at the breakfast buffet which was a pleasant find! There’s also 3 vending machines and laundry facilities on 26F of the hotel, which is perfect for any duration stay. My feedback to management is to please solve the drain issues in the bathroom. Aside from that displeasure, this is a great hotel!

Outstanding hotel in a good location, walking distance to Tokyo station along the high-class shopping district, the huge clock outside is worth seeing when it goes off at certain hours of the day. Hotel itself is faultless, clean, amazing staff and gorgeous views from the huge windows in the reception/bar area. Would recommend 100%

We were on the 38th floor with a wonderful view! The room was a little small, but the bat6was wonderful. Breakfast was included with the room. We were there for 5 days, so eating the same breakfast got old. Location was perfect because it was close to the train, so we were able to go anywhere very easily.
