Everything is fine. The cleanliness in the corners is not what it should be, but the damage is small. Under the nightstand were nut crumbs and some cobwebs. A typ: When you shower, put the entire shower curtain inside the shower, otherwise it will flood the bathroom very quickly. Also in the room there is a water kettle and at the reception, coffee, sugar and milk. They also provide towels in the price

Price was good so think you get what you pay for. Trains weren’t a problem but had construction going on right outside our room. Door is paper thin so could hear everything and work was being done from around 8/9 am so of course woke us up every day we stayed. Also had to step over all of the things in the picture below to get to our door. Shower wasn’t sturdy on the wall and it’s a tiny shower so not really practice. Tv didn’t work and had 2 single duvets on a double bed, not the biggest deal but just added to the experience. Have to get an Uber everywhere as location isn’t great. About a 40 minute fast walk to the centre. If you get an early flight you can’t get in till 3pm so again abit annoying when you want to chill after a flight. Staff are lovely, speak good English but don’t see them much especially if you’re busy all day out of the hotel.

Good price with great location, close to Düsseldorf main station ( only 2 stops like 3 minutes) Room was clean, the receptionist was friendly . I would absolutely love to stay there every time I visit Düsseldorf

Wouldn’t call this a hotel -more like a hostel. Terribly hot room. No air conditioning and the staff couldn’t provide, at least, a fan. Noice from the train station and the road outside gave me only a couple of hours of sleep. When I asked the staff if the could help me call a taxi the answer was simply “no”, even though the previous staff the day before said they could help with that service. The shower was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Would not recommend this place for anyone.

Very bad, extremely bad. I think it's a shame that you pay for accommodation to rest and the corridors look like a discotheque. We couldn't sleep all night: shouting, music, banging, people running through the corridors. The worst thing, we went out to tell them to lower the volume and they didn't listen to us, so we went to reception several times and there was nobody there. The most surprising thing is that no hotel employee did anything, no one lifted a finger to put things in order. As if that wasn't enough, the mattress in the room had reddish stains and a lot of hair on it when we went in. All in all, sleeping here was the worst decision we could have made.
