Probably one of the best hotels in Grindelwald. The location is really great. The staff were really warm and welcoming. The rooms were big and having the best views of the Eiger. The food was great, especially the breakfast and the dinner menu. We booked a room with the Eiger view and really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t get time to visit the spa and swimming pool, hopefully we will visit them next time we are there😊

Very nice hotel on the town's main street. Supermarket opposite, bus stop next door and walking distance to First gondola and train station. Guests receive a discount card offering some good discounts and free bus travel around the resort. Included breakfast with hot and cold buffet plus omelette cooked to order. Restaurant is nice for evening meal and drinks in the lounge. Rooms are comfortable with tea/coffee and fridge. No AC so can get a bit warm on very hot days. Spa is amazing! Infinity pool and relaxation lounge with mountain views. Hot tub, 2 saunas, steam room and ice room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great location with an easy walk to the station and spectacular views. Staff were very friendly The pool and spa facilities are amazing but can get very busy. Breakfast was good and pizza for dinner at the restaurant was decent. We had an Eiger view room on ground floor, and whilst the views were beautiful, there is a lack of privacy. Often people that were on the same level on their “balcony” would walk past and stare inside the room (I should mention the lighting isn’t great in the room so you really do need the blinds open during the day). I wish there was more privacy so people could stay in their own “yard”. Also there is no air conditioning so the room can get very warm on hotter days. Overall I would still recommend this stay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Eiger Mountains. The facilities are ok, clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, although a bit slow at times. We definitely got great value for our money and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. Overall, we had a grateful stay in every way!

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel + spa facilities are excellent (whirlpool, ice showers, 2 sauna rooms, steam room and an infinity pool) + hotel service - little things go along way like the staff show you to your room, take all your bags to your room directly if you come earlier before check in time. Thought they were very professional + they let you use the spa facilities before and after you check in so you can maximize your time relaxing + like many hotels in the area they provide you with a free bus ticket so you can travel around the town.
