For less than 60 euro per night it is decent. My biggest complaint is that they don’t supply hair conditioner. Other than that, the bed was not very comfortable, it was extremely noisy due to our room being just off the lobby and in front of the water bus stop. It was advertised as canal view room, and the room did face the canal, however the view was mostly obstructed by the water bus stop. The curtains also do not close completely and the sheers not opaque enough, so everyone walking by or getting on/off the water bus can always see directly in the room and there is no way to block out sunlight. Breakfast was decent and the room was clean. If they put a bit more effort (curtains that close all the way, hair conditioner, more variety at breakfast, etc) they could charge a bit more per night. I would pay 60 euro again for this room if there were no better options available but will look for other places next time. Room 103 should not be advertised as canal view, should be advertised maybe as partial canal view. We could barely see the water. Needs a better door on room as too much noise from breakfast in the early morning and the door lock was not user friendly.

We booked a Canal view Room and it is awesome. The hotel is having a direct boat stop 5.2 so it is easy to reach there. Breakfast is awesome with lots of variety. And plus point is they have a luggage room where you can store the luggage after check out or before check in. They have a vintage building with vintage setup room. I loved the stay here and must recommend to other.

After seeing all of the different negative reviews my expectations were quite low, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. The service desk was always very kind and open for any questions about the surrounding area. The room was not perfectly clean as there was some dust on the back of the bed and some of the side skirting was getting a little loose. But honestly besides that, the bathroom was amazing and the room itself was fine, certainly for the price paid for it. The only other thing I didn't really enjoy was the mattress, it was quite sturdy and felt old, as some of the springs started poking in my back. The breakfast was actually very good, lots of options, although most was very sweet but that's per usual for Italy. Overall, great place, worth your time!

We got our room through a travel agency as part of a package, so we didn’t know much about the place in advance. We took a private water taxi from the Venice airport to the hotel, €140. A bit pricey, but it was 8pm and we had been in planes and airports for 16 hours. The taxi ride was exhilarating and delivered us to the front door of hotel. The room was really small, but clean. Great bathroom with tub/ shower. Good pressure and hot water. Everything functioned well. Bed was adequate. We just needed a decent place to sleep as we were out sightseeing all day. A good breakfast downstairs, lots of choices, 7:30 - 11:00 am. Would recommend opting in for it when booking your room, it was about €10. Like all the hotels we stayed at, they charged a room tax payable in cash. This place wanted it in advance (something like €36, 2 people for 3 nights). The biggest drawback was no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor, so we had to haul our bags up several staircases. They did not offer any help. Only one person at the desk in the evenings.

they stole my shoes. we arrived at 11 o'clock. we were offered to leave our things in some barn and checkin in two hours. When I returned, I didn’t find my boots for $300. they just stole them. I contacted the police but no one looked for anything. the hotel promised to refund the cost of the boots, but two years have passed and I still have not received compensation
