Absolutely the best! The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was super clean. And the breakfast buffet.... just wow! It was full of something for any diet. They even had gluten free breads on request! And the buffet staff was super impressive. Nothing went unreplenished right up to the 10am cutoff. We stayed for 3 nights and this will definitely be my first choice whenever I return to Venice.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It has a lot to improve. Yes, it was clean, and staff were friendly (except server at breakfast who was very moody). At 200EUR per night, it was overpriced, and breakfast was BAD, very limited choices and bad coffee, more sweet than savoury. No hot options at all ! Beds were not comfortable. It was quiet, so that was the only plus.

My room was great and my bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my 3 days in Hotel Villa Pannonia. By the way, the surrounding area was very peaceful .

We stayed in both Pannonia and Biasutti and although we liked Pannonia, there are some areas to improve. Firstly, their lobby area needs some improvement. On arrival, the concierge desk is on the left and the dining area is in front of you. It looks plain, very plain. There is no welcoming cosy seating area for tired tourists to relax while checking in. They have some leather stools but they are far from being appealing to sit on. The room we stayed in had some drainage problem in the shower, the water didn't escape fast enough and you end up showering in a deep puddle. Breakfast was ... not exciting, and coffee was horrible. I thought it was almost unacceptable to serve such bad quality coffee in Italy in a 4 star hotel. I tried different options from that coffee machine, even double espresso but it was coffee flavored water. Horrible. It could be that the machine needed a service or simple coffee refill or something else. Not my place to give them advice but the manager needs to ask staff to test the machine every morning and perhaps between serves. On the positive side, the room was clean and cosy, had a kettle and tea, TV had Netflix, very convenient location, friendly staff.

The hotel is in a really good location, a 10 minute walk to the water taxi station and has lots of amenities close by. The area is quite and a lovely place to stay after a day visiting the busy tourist sites. The staff are helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. Our only gripes are that the air conditioning was not available despite our room being hot. The room was a family attic room and the bath/shower were challenging to use due to the roof eaves. We would also have really appreciated USB charging sockets in the room. All in all a nice hotel to stay in.
