I have never stayed at a hotel with such caring helpful thoughtful staff. It really meant a lot to us. The check in counter gentleman was so helpful and caring along with the manager. I was having a rough time because we were here to see specialists for my son rare disease. Grateful for everything here. The restaurant staff was also incredibly great and the valet staff too. Hotel so clean and cozy and accommodating. Thank you for an enjoyable stay during a difficult time! Hoping to come back and stay for vacation!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Little Italy/North End, Sea Port District(little longer), Boston Common, Aquarium, and a quick subway trip or lyft to Fenway and Harvard. The service was great. Reason for 4 for rooms is they should provide luggage racks. We had to put our suitcases on the ground. The room is smaller than the average hotel room, but we didn't visit Boston to hang out in our hotel room. The rooms are clean and the hallways smell new. I'd stay here again!

Booked the deluxe room double for our family of 4. I was a little worried having read the reviews on room size. They were unfounded. The room was a descent and perfectly sized with the addition of roll out bed offering. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The location is ideal as a base we felt having most if the cities amenities at a gentle walk distance. I will use this hotel if we get back to Boston

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I asked if they could wish my brother a Happy Birthday when we checked in and they did without hesitation. We were earlier into the city so I called and asked if there was a chance at an early check in. The guest service agent checked and there was 3 available in our room type so we checked in over 2 hours early which was awesome. - The room was a corner room which was very pretty. There is construction out of one window so its not the best view but the other you can see the a part of the old state house. The light the windows allowed in was very nice. Overall the room was very modern and cozy. Beds were very squishy and comfy. The room's heating and cooling worked spot on. - Only complaint I had was that the shower never really got any kind of warm. It was hot for a half a second then was luke warm at best. I didn't want to stand in the direct stream because it was so cold but the shower was pretty small so there wasn't much room other than standing directly under it. Then the drain appeared to be clogged because the water went up to my ankles a minute after starting the shower. Lastly the supplied body wash did not suds at all. Had to use a large amount to clean myself. The bathroom itself was pretty and modern but the shower situation needs some improvement. - - Overall the hotel's location, friendly staff, and modern appearance make me wanna stay again. The shower, while disappointing, may have been a one off issue.

Great location for exploring Boston. Service was great, as always with Hyatt. We were unimpressed with the size of the rooms, especially the shower size. We knew going into it the rooms would be smaller than the average Hyatt but we were not expecting what we got. The hotel definitely could've been cleaner especially in common areas. The rooms could have had better sound deadening as well. The restaurant is going through some menu changes, and has arguably made their menu worse by shortening it. We are world of Hyatt members and stay 10-15 nights a year with Hyatt and probably won't be revisiting this hotel as the regency options in Boston give you much more bang for your buck.
