Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff, but pricey. Well worth it though. We had a lovely stay here in December and it was a great location to get out and see the Christmas lights in Paris.

We had a lovely stay at Hyatt Paris Madeline! The hotel is extremely nice, clean, and has a central location within Paris. But what really made it stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, considerate, and went above and beyond. From the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff, it was clearly an all around effort to provide excellent service to guests. David Bruzzone, the front desk manager, in particular showed us incredible kindness and was beyond helpful during our stay. The breakfast at the hotel was also quite good, and the French toast was the best we have ever had! All around a lovely stay at Hyatt Paris Madeline!

Paris Hyatt Madeleine is a truly remarkable hotel that I hold in the highest regards whenever I have the pleasure of visiting Paris. The unwavering commitment to hospitality and the exceptional attention to detail provided by the magnificent staff are truly commendable.The General Manager goes above and beyond to ensure that our comfort is utmost important. Manager David consistently proves himself to be an invaluable source of assistant whenever we find ourselves in need. I must say, the cohesive and efficient teamwork exhibited by the entire staff is truly awe-inspiring

I never post reviews (good or bad) but felt compelled to do so after a stay at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine. My wife and I have never felt so welcomed as we did here. Ludovic and his team made us feel special (and we saw them do the same for others - which we admired). The location was perfect for a week of recreation in Paris (would have been the same if this was related to work) and we will stay here the next time we are fortunate enough to visit this magnificent city again!

Had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Daily housekeeping and turndown service were appreciated, and the front desk accommodated certain time frames we'd like for these services to occur. Free welcome champagne, free minibar on the first day, and round-the-clock free Madeleines and infused water in the lobby were a treat, and the housekeeping restocked water each day. The rooms were quiet and cozy. The concierge and restaurant staff were very welcoming. At check in, we were able to have our bags held for the afternoon while our room was prepared so we were free to go out and explore. They offered to do the same after checkout, but we had a cab ready to take us to the airport.
