They allocated the incorrect room initially. I had to wait for a while to get the correct room. The AC in my room wasn’t working and they were not interested in fixing it. I had to stay 2 out of 3 days without AC. The bathroom was extremely small and the bed was average at best. The lobby of the hotel smelled funny.

Beautiful hotel close to the main station of Straßburg with clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good. Most importantly: the staff was very friendly and enjoyed the overall atmosphere at the hotel. Hope to come back with my wife someday after staying at the hotel for a business trip.

The room was terrible. The mattress has lumps in it. The bed was so noisy it woke you up with the slightest move. Overall everything in the hotel needed revamping... The staff was great, no complaints there, even though it was peak season and holiday time they were excellent. I wouldn't recommend it for the price I paid. It feels more like a cheap motel than a hotel

Stayed here briefly during a stay in Salzburg. The staff at the front desk were always very pleasant and had an easy place for me to store bags until check-in. Compared to other rooms I'd stayed in in the area, the room itself was larger and had a nice sitting area and balcony. The only liability was that it did not have an available fridge, although the front desk was happy to provide an ice bucket upon request. The location itself is convenient to the train station. For the old part of the city, it is a modest walk along the river, but I would recommend asking at the desk for use of one of their bicycles; this turns the trip downtown into a quick and enjoyable one.
