Staff polite and helpful. Rooms small and lack storage space - consider under bed storage for suit cases for next renovation. It's a good budget priced base for exploring Tokyo if you don't plan to spend much time in your room.

Fast and easy check-in, room is great for its price. Not too cramped compared to APA and other budget brands. You can get free amenities at the Lobby. Free coffee available from 7am every morning. There are also ice machine, vending machine and laundry room located on lobby floor. Location is great, few minutes walk to subway stations and JR Shimbashi station. Plenty of Family Marts located nearby.

No ideas what the reviewers complaining that the rooms are small, poorly appointed, old looking etc are snorting. This hotel is located right behind a stretch of upmarket malls and boutiques, and is within comfortable walking distance to nearby lines. For the price they're asking, all you need is for the rooms to be clean - which they do deliver on. Everything else is just gravy. Now if you're actually complaining that it's too expensive, perhaps consider staying somewhere other than Ginza.
