I would like to praise the working staff in this hotel the most. At the reception, they were willing to help us with everything. Immediately upon arrival, we were offered tea and coffee, and our suitcases were taken to our rooms. They offered us several possible trips that will definitely help people visiting Istanbul for the first time. We have a gluten free diet, they were willing to go buy gluten free bread for breakfast. They will help you with everything, I have never seen such willing people anywhere before. Thank you very much. The location is great, you can reach the main attractions in a few minutes. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was beautiful, clean. The beds were very comfortable. I really liked the garden, it was nice to sit there in the evening, and the staff again offered me free drinks. I hope to visit this hotel again soon.

Great staff. Amazing Turkish style breakfast. Very fresh. Room was lovely and very clean. I’m giving it 4 stars because we were on the main level just behind the reception desk and sometimes it got a bit noisy. A little far from transit which may be an issue for some. Nice quiet courtyard to relax in at the end of the day.

Lovely stay, with the most helpful staff you could need. I witnessed them help out a couple who weren't staying with them get a taxi to the airport as they were struggling. The couple were a little perplexed so they sat them down, gave them a cup of tea and arranged the transfer for them. There are a few 5 star hotels that could learn a little from this hotels staff and how to do customer service! Well done guys for making the stay easy.

Rooms were average, they beds seemed like they were squeezed together but there was plenty of room to walk around. The bathrooms were good. Service was good they brought us drinks when we arrived to the reception and they were really friendly. Location was a bit Eh, we had to go up a hill and also we had to go 3 flights of stairs. Overall good experience but would recommend it if you are coming alone or as a couple not as a family. 👍👍👍
